Most Powerful Women in Healthcare IT

Nominations for HealthData Management’s “Most Powerful Women in Healthcare IT” awards are due Feb. 16, 2017.

The new program recognizes extraordinary contributions in the field of health information technology.

  • HIT Leader (CIO, CMIO, CSO, VP of IT or other IT title)
  • Industry Thought Leaders/Influencers (such as regulators, provider CEOs, consultants, academicians, researchers, foundation and elected officials)
  • Technology Vendor Executives

Award winners will be recognized for their efforts in driving technology innovation, overcoming organizational and technology barriers, deploying leading-edge technology, shaping IT regulation and policy and implementing healthcare technology that dramatically increased patient safety and increase health organization efficiency. Special attention will be given to those candidates who have mentored female staff or peers and elevated the status of women in the profession.

Winners will be recognized at Health Data Management’s Most Powerful Women in Healthcare IT event, which will be May 17 at the Boston Sheraton Hotel; in HDM’s May print issue; and in an editorial package that will be posted to HDM’s website.

Monday, April 3 - Winners Announced

Winners will be profiled in HealthData Management and will also be invited to speak at the next Most Powerful Women in Healthcare IT conference taking place May 17 in Boston.
