Lisa is DXC Technology’s General Manager for Americas Healthcare, leading a team serving some of the most prestigious healthcare and life sciences organizations in the world across North America.
Lisa promotes DXC’s strategy: Leading Digital Transformations, and in 2016 launched the Chronic Care Management service, designed to help providers improve the quality of life for seniors with chronic conditions with a capital-free, reimbursement based payment model. The service for health systems and physicians provides coordinated care from DXC’s newly established Patient Outreach Center. In 2016, Pettigrew launched CSC’s Healthcare Innovation Alliances to partner with smart start-ups to bring digital innovation to the healthcare sector more rapidly.
Prior to this role, Lisa led the CSC (now DXC Technology) Global Industry Strategy for Healthcare, leading a small team of global strategists to launch new solutions, forge new alliances and enter new markets. Lisa joined CSC in 2009 to establish the Australian healthcare practice and grew the market presence significantly in under 2 years based on global strength as one of the world’s largest health systems implementers. She was involved in managing the global acquisition of the Australian-based iSOFT healthcare software company in 2011. Prior to this Lisa was a Partner & Director with Accenture in Asia Pacific.
Lisa is a member of the U.S. Women Business Leaders (WBL) in Healthcare Forum and a member of Multiple Sclerosis Research Australia’s global advisory council. Since 2013, Lisa has been based in Washington, DC. In 2016 and again in 2017, Lisa was named as one of the Most Powerful Women in Healthcare IT by Health Data Management.
